Katahdin

On Sunday, September 24, 2023, I hiked up the Chimney Pond Trail to Chimney Pond, then climbed up Cathedral Trail and Saddle Trail to summit Mt. Katahdin at Baxter Peak, the tallest point in Maine. From there, I hiked the Knife Edge Trail to South Peak, Chimney Peak, and Pamola Peak. Then I hiked down the Helon Taylor Trail to return to the Roaring Brook campground.
